Cannot Sign In to Your Account
If you are having trouble signing in to UNA, here are a few things to try.
Check Your Email Address
Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with. UNA sends a one-time passcode to your email — there is no password to remember.
Check Your Inbox (and Spam)
After entering your email in UNA, check your inbox for a message from UNA with your sign-in code. If you do not see it within a minute or two:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Check the Promotions tab if you use Gmail
- Make sure your email address is spelled correctly
The Code Expired
Sign-in codes are valid for 10 minutes. If your code expired, go back to the sign-in screen and request a new one. Each new request invalidates the previous code.
Try a Different Network
Some corporate or school networks block certain email services. If you are on WiFi, try switching to cellular data (or vice versa) and requesting a new code.
iCloud Private Relay
If you use iCloud Private Relay or a VPN, try temporarily disabling it. In rare cases, these services can interfere with authentication.
